Rephrase the questions, because I don't know if you need a 12 volt DC turbine fan or a 120 volt AC fan.
If 12 volts, try a car parts dealership. Volkswagens use turbines to move heated air.
If 120 volts, try an electrical supply store.

if i have a broken blade and want to buy new ones can i buy bl.ades which rotate in a diff direction( i mean the orriginal ones rotate anti-clockwise and the oes i want to buy go clockwise) thanks .....
I would assume most of these wind turbines have a good warranty, unless you've had it for many years. I don't think you can reverse the direction, best if you check with the sales people.
