NYSEG Wind Energy vs. Regular?
I just discovered that NYSEG sells wind energy! The sell it at a rate of $2.50/100kwh. If i were to buy 1000kwh at $25.00 then will my bill only be $25.00 if I only use 1000kwh? And lets say I go over the 1000kwh, will they start charging regular price after I go over the limit? So basically $25.00 + over the limit electricity at regular price?

NYSEG will charge you more, on every bill, as a feel-good for each customer (you) to think they (you) are doing their (your) part to help the environment.
