That is difficult to say. Because the company has not filed required SEC documents recently, current reliable information on the company is not available. That means, for all practical purposes, the question boils down to "How much do you trust top management?"
My problem is that I doubt the capability of management that failed to file SEC reports as required. So, even though I think the company is well positioned in the future, I do not know if management is capable of taking advantage of their position.
Certainly allowing the stock to be delisted and moved to the pink sheets is not indicative of management that protects shareholders' investments.
If the company can turn itself around it could be a great investment, but it is too risky to have a large position in my portfolio. If you want to take more risks, you might want to buy more.
