Why aren't we using water for fuel?
I have seen water burn with either salt water or AA or AAA battery soaked water and a match. We have such an abundance of water why are we not using it as fuel?

I bought a 1995 Escort from a used car dealer over two years ago for 1500. It was only running on three cylinders at the time, but I got it fixed. Over the couple years I had it the car broke down numerous times and I ended up replacing the radiator, water pump, a head gasket, fuel filter, and the clutch slave cylinder. It currently runs like crap. It misses really bad and the clutch pedal is really weak and the clutch will re-engage if you hold it down. So in other words, it's got problems. I could probably get $500 for it on Craigslist. However I would like to just drive it to the dealer I got it from and use it as a down payment on another car. Is that common practice? Is it insulting? Should I try it?
They should take it; but I am surprised that you are going back to that dealer after your experience with the Escort.....
