Why are Tesla Motors getting almost no media exposure?
Everytime I see a featured news article about "green machines" they speak very highly about the hybrid vehicles and mention almost nothing about the best green machine out there. Granted the general public cant get their hands on one but most people I talk to still have never heard of Tesla Motors and I think its because its not getting any attention.

I was referring to the car company Tesla Motors who has created a fully electric plug-in car that gets 250+ miles per charge.
I'd have to say most probably because it's so expensive, very limited production for right now, and the general public probably doesn't know about it. At least now if I want a hybrid, I'm capable of finding one that is within my price range and actually being able to get one quickly. Once again, one of those things we can blame the media for. At least Maxim (I think it was them) had an article about it.
GM had the EV1 for awhile. Ford, Toyota, Honda, etc. all had all electric vehicles for a very brief time, but hardly anyone knew about them! If you're really interested in electric cars, then check out the documentary called, "Who killed the electric car?"
