I would like to activate a well (about 150 feet deep) by using a solar panel (or two) to pump the water up/out of the well to use for gardening. Would this work? Who sells something like this,or could install this in the Greater Toronto Area?

I can get 1-5 acres of land, some earth, solar panels, the water system to collect rainwater, a water filter, plaster or whatever the walls are "plastered" with, and the plumbing and electric systems, cans, bottles, and everything else. I just need tractor tires. I can buy or recycle everthing else.
