how much commission to pay a salesperson for new office cleaning accounts.?
My husband and I just started an office cleaning company and I was wondering if we have a salesperson get us cleaning accounts, how much commission should that person be paid?
Also, how often would the salesperson be paid for each account?
Would they be paid based on the price from each cleaning? Or would a non commission payment be better, for example $100 per new account?
So if we paid them 10% would we pay them on a monthly basis, every time we cleaned, we would give the salesperson 10% of the cleaning charge?

Windows 7 Clean Install Question About Microsoft Office?
I managed to install windows 7 on my computer which was previously vista using a clean install. Its kept all my old program files in a file on my C: drive called windows.old. So i still have the program files for Microsoft Office but when I try to copy it over to my new program files and run word etc it says that 'the operating system is not presently configured to run this application'. Is there any way to configure it to work again, or do I have to buy a new Office?
You can use Zinstall XP7 for that.
It will restore all you Vista apps / files etc. using the windows.old.
