Vibration during idling is quiet irritating. I didn't feel this in other new cars it happens only in old cars. Is this is because of new k-series engine or any other reason. It is giving feeling that I am sitting in a diesel car.

what the best buy of a Diesel engine car, new or preowned?
If, by "best buy" you mean the most for your money, preowned is almost always better.
I recently bought a Dodge Ram with a diesel engine. Based on data from Dodge Ram owners, the remaining life of the Dodge was approximately 80%. The price I paid was a little less than 50% of the original price.
What you pay for this savings is not knowing how the vehicle was used during the first part of its life. Sometimes, you also will not get a warranty. But then the original owner also had to take care of the usual problems with a new vehicle.
I've owned both, new and preowned. And at the end of my ownership period, I have always been more satisfied overall (cost, reliability, %of my cost regained upon sale, etc.) with the preowned vehicle.
