Looking for help with a couple of problems using inductive reasoning math?

I'm supposed to use inductive reasoning to decide weather conclusion for each argument is correct or incorrect, and show 3 specific examples in each problem as part of indictive reasoning.

1. If a number with three or more digits is divisible by 4, then the last two digits of the number are divisible by 4.

2. Pick any counting number and multiple it by 8. Subtract 4 from the product and divide the difference by 4. Add 1 to the quotient. The result is twice the original number.

3. The product of any two integers is always positive.

I think I got a good start, could use some examples. Thanks.

Examples:

1. three digits: 144

144 divide by 4 = 36; the last two digit is 36
36 divide by 4 = 9

Therefore the statement is true

2. counting number: 2

2 multiply by 8 = 16
16 subtract to 4 = 12
12 divide by 4 = 3
3 + 1 = 4

Therefore: the result is really a twice the original number..

3. any integer means positive or negative; since it stated that two integer means two positive or two negative...
example: (+2 and +5) or (-2 and -5)

+2 multiply by +5 = +10
-2 multiply by -5 = +10

note: in multiplication principle; the product of two integer with same sign has a positive sign... (- x -)= + ; (+ x +) =+
