Electricity is a renewable source of energy!! Not even fuel cell (hydrogen) cars can claim that. If car companies would focus on electic vehicles we could create batteries that would last for hundreds of miles. One day cars could renew their own energy source using solar panels, regenerative breaking, magnetic generators, mini- turbines! What is wrong with Electric cars?????
I have two words for you AIR CAR.

Hydro-boost: Is it real or a hoax?
I've heard that the hydrogen generators - called hydro boost- for cars, works. That's from one of my students whose grandfather is using one that he bought. He says that his grandpa is seeing about a 20% increase in mileage. But I've talked to other people who say to stay away from them. So the question is, do you have any hard data on whether the hydro-boost systems works or not and, if so, please share the information.
I don't know much about these things, but I do know some basic facts.
All the energy available to your car comes from the engine. But not all the energy produced by the engine makes it to the wheels. A lot is lost as heat for example. And there's a fair amount of that.
If an electrolysis system can be set up in a way so that it recaptures to some extent such lost energy, uses it to perform electrolysis, and returns it to the system as hydrogen fuel, then I think it's possible a gizmo like you're describing might operate without breaking any physical laws. It would really just be making the whole system more efficient.
Whether the things on sale out there actually do that, no idea sorry. But I wouldn't rule it out sight unseen.

test results and article references from places like Wired to look at. They only claim a 10% increase in efficiency...
