I have downloaded everything from, spybot, avast, malwarebytes,iobot,trendsmicro, super antispyware, and deleted cookies, web searches etc, cc cleaner.

my computer and internet are slow.
my internet always redirects to some advertisement site whenever i try to open something from google or another websearch. there's a logo with a number 2 with blue coloring, and also a green crytal like ball in the address bar, whenever it redirects.
i had an active security and security tool infection?
it happened with mozilla. that's actually where the two viruses downloaded from.

after they downloaded, my compter hadn'rt been able to open safe mode
