Can the Hz value of AC current be changed?
What I mean is the standard Hz value in a (U.S.) household circuit is 50-60Hz.
I know that a power inverter can change DC to AC with various outputs in Voltage, Amperage, and Hertz.
I need to know more specifically can the Hz be changed higher or lower at will (with a controller) or is it a set value that cant be adjusted without stopping output and then changing the value then starting output again.
So I want to know is can the Hz of AC current be changed(safely) while the current is flowing?
