what LED lights can we use in illuminating marble vase?
We are looking for some small LED lights for a small decoration. What we are planning on doing is getting a glass vase full of the colored marbles and using them to illuminate them from the center. We would need them to be not too bright because the vase isnt that thick. We would use batterys to make it simple, because we will only need them for a few hours, then trash them.
Could we just use the ones from radio shack ?
If so, what batterys would we use for them? We cant let them be too bright.
If not, where would we go?
And how much would they cost ?
Radio Shack should have them, and be able to tell you what batteries to get.
Can I get HID lights for black LED halo headlights?
Yesterday I bought my boyfriend a set of black LED halo headlights for his truck since he has been wanting them for a while but I have a question about the bulbs. Im not sure how bright they are... I heard that HID lights are much brighter but I don't know if they will work with these headlights! I sure hope so because I spent almost $200 dollars on these and if they are to dim then I guess I will have to return them and get him something else for christmas! Yes, it takes h1 style bulbs, there is an HID equivalent to this bulb, I carry them, they are 75-95 per set depending on the type of ballast, you would need one for low beams one for high beams.
Because it is an aftermarket headlamp fixture that replaced the former dual filament bulbs, you will need to install them with relays, and a custome made harness. I did this on my car, if your boyfreind is tech savvy, he will have a lot of fun doing it.
